Her interests include training individuals in POSH (Prevention Of Sexual Harassment) for women at workplace and Anti-Money Laundering (AML-KYC) & help them know their potential through Psychometric Assessments. The facilitator & the trainer, offers Individual as well as Corporate development programs to assist companies in developing a self- motivated and trained workforce.
She provides tailor-made training solutions for the organizations and individuals. She is specialized in Virtual training programs as well.
Neha Shrimali comes with a decade long corporate experience with leading MNCs in the banking and financial services industry. She brings in 14 years plus of rich experience to her passion for training and development.
The offerings include training individuals in Business Communications, Facilitation Skills, Behavioral Skills and Anti-Money Laundering (AML- KYC) & POSH Act 2013 (Sexual Harassment of Women at Work- place) and POCSO Act 2012 (Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences).
